General Operations

Overview:

Our General Operations Expenses include funding our Fall and Spring Productions and generally total @ $100,000.00

Your general contributions will support our annual expenses, which are broken down as follows:

General Expenses: $27,000

Includes office supplies, telephone, Insurance, taxes, printing, playbill, postage, guild/boutique expenses

Artistic/Administrative Staff: $21,500

Includes Artistic Director, Artistic Advisor, Ballet Mistress, Administrative Assistant

Regional Dance America/Southeastern Regional Ballet Association Festival: $6500

Includes Dues, Artistic Staff travel to RDA meetings and festivals

Production Fall: $28,000

Includes personnel: lighting designer, theatre personnel, guest artists, guest choreographers; Theatre including- theatre rental, light rental, sets/backdrops, tech supplies; Costumes; Music/Licensing; Ticket and insert printing

Production Spring: $17,000

Includes personnel: lighting designer, theatre personnel, guest artists, guest choreographers; Theatre including- theatre rental, light rental, sets/backdrops, tech supplies; Costumes; Music/Licensing; Ticket and insert printing

Total Annual Expenses: $ 100,000
